I'm new to the forum.

OS: 10.4 (Tiger)
iPhoto - 5.04

I have an iPhoto book for several people. Is there a way to upload the book so people may order their own copy. I'm trying to avoid collecting and delivering.

Thanks for the assist.

As long as your users all have iPhoto you can do this:

make sure you're backed up.

Make a copy of your iPhoto library folder, and rename it something smart and relevant.

Hold down the option key when launching iPhoto

Select your copied library.

Check to make sure that there are no photos with a checkmark keyword.

Select all of the pictures in your book and flag them with a checkmark.

Create a smart folder that shows only un-checked photos, or sort the library by keyword.

Delete all of those photos that are not checked.

Empty the trash

Quit iPhoto

Make a zip archive of the copied (and now smaller library)

post it on on a server for your friends to download.

They will need to hold down the option key when launching iPhoto and then select the library you created.

The book you created should be in there.
