iDVD 5 Dual-Layer Disc Image??

	I've seen one vague reference that while iDVD 5 can save to a disc image, it will not save as a dual-layer disc image unless you have an Apple-installed dual-layer drive. Can anyone confirm/deny this? I have a PG G4 w/combo drive. I'm about to upgrade to Tiger/iLife 05. Will I be able to save a dual-layer disc image (I know, I know, the disc image itself is not dual layer!)? Would I be able to make full use of a dual layer external burner such as the LaCie d2 to burn iDVD projects over 2 hours? Thanks!
