Safari seems to cache a lot of pages, or it's a local network cache that doesn't show the latest version of web pages. IE usually gets it right and I remember Netscape could force the server to send the newest version if you held "Shift' while hitting reload. Is there a way to always see the newest version of a page in Safari and not the cache?
