you have been able to for a long time actually as long as an .ics file is included. if it is included in the email, then it should give you an alert in ical to add it to your calendar. strangely though, i get those less frequently now and instead get these links to the exchange server/owa to view the meeting. so without the .ics file.... i can't add it to my calendar. it sux and i can't figure out why our exchange server is sending these to me most of the time. my theory is that people are sending appointments instead of meeting requests.... but i know that my co-workers know how to send these things properly :-(
