I am tying to figure out how to use diacritical marks (those found in romanized Sanskrit) and e able to insert footnotes in either Word for Mac, Text Edit, or Apple works. I am using Gentium font. In Word and Apple works I can insert footnotes but cannot use diacritics, and in Text Edit I can use Diacritics but cannot insert footnotes. Any help? Please.
