I just upgraded to QB Pro 2006. Does anyone else here use this? If so, what bank or credit cards have you found work well with the download feature?

They have a list of institutions; you'll need to search.

The problem is that there's ANOTHER window for your downloaded transactions (QBO), and you have to MANUALLY go through each one and add them to your register. It totally sucks and a complete waste of time. I would recommend Quicken.

I can't believe they have such visionless product managers. "Users will probably want to ... balance their checkbooks! LET'S ADD THAT TO 2006!!! We're SO SMART!" feh

Yeah most of institutions you have to login to the web banking (web browser) then download a file and save it in a directory to use QB Pro with it, it's not really very intutive, all the banking software just makes you want to scream. They need realtime account access.

you might also find http://www.quickbooksgroups.com/ helpful for further info. seems there were some mistakes in listing which banks were compatible. i'm still waiting for the day QB Pro or some other mac software will do full payroll, invoicing, timesheets, a/p, a/r and banking for me.

that day isn't here with quickbooks pro 2006 as far as i see it so far.
