iTMS Video Podcasts -- who hosts the file?

Hey all

If I ad a video podcast to the iTMS, does Apple host the file, and this take care of the bandwith? Or Is it hosted on my site, so I would take the hit?

Same for audio podcasts, I guess..

You host the file. Apple provides redirection to your site.

I submitted a podcast today, and I'm wondering how long it takes before it's available to everyone on the store. anyone know?
