Omniweb and slowish mouse wheel scrolling

Does anyone else feel that omniweb's mouse wheel scroll speed is dreadfully slow? I can't seem to find a way to fix it, other than to boost the overall system scroll speed, which then throws the rest of the system out of whack.

Any ideas on how to remedy this?
