I have the doc on my 12" PB set to "Automatically hide and show the doc" and quite often recently, after opening an application, it freezes mid-bounce and won't go back down. I cannot minimize windows during a freeze. Trying to do so summons The Spinning Beach Ball of Death. A lot of clicking round on desktop and finally it's back to normal. But it's kind of annoying and I'd like to trouble-shoot now before the problem gets worse (supposing it might be a symptom of something more serious like a performance lag or a virus or I don't know what). Any ideas? I have free-space a-plenty (74.41GB) and am only running the basics like Safari, iTunes and iPhoto.
