I have logic express and my stereo imaging seems screwed up. When I pan something left my sound goes to the right side and when i pan something right my sound goes to the left side. I thought i might have hooked up my speakers wrong but i didn't. I had to reverse my speakers so that when I pan sound it doesnt go to the opposite side of what it's supposed to. This is driving me nuts, does anyone know why it's doing this? It's not just logic, its any program I use with sound.

uh...
how are you outputting audio from your mac?
thru an interface, or from the headphone out...?

and did you check those cables? they may be the ones reversed.

most likely since all your apps are reversed.

well, if all your audio programs are doing this...
just switch the output cables in your amp (or whatever you've plugged your mac into).

worse case scenario, the outs are backwards on the mac.
but even if that's so...the fact that it's consistent with everything makes this an easy fix.
