A colleague of mine has problems with MS word.

It crashes every five minutes what type of thing shoudl I be looking for she is osx on a 20 inch wide screen i mac with teh half ball and screen on arm with at least 500 of ram.

any ideas?

You need to post what version of Word and What OS version you friend is running.
