Hi there!

Is it possible to use BDF (or even PCF) fonts in Mac OS X applications? Or, at least, is it possible to convert BDF or PCF fonts into a format that OS X recognizes (like ttf for example)?

Thanks a lot!

Hi again,

Replying to my own message.

The answer is YES! After some extensive research, the only free tool available is FontForge (http://fontforge.sourceforge.net/). Note that you'll need an X server to use this application.

All in all, I think it is a nice little program for those of us who have limited needs. Nothing professional of course, but it is free and, even better, open source.

Cheers,

CKP
