I want to entirely customize the looks of my OS and I want to change the icons.

Could somebody tell me where I can find a big icon database for applications, such as Microsoft Office?

Search http://www.xicons.com to see if they have any you like.

I've seen those, they are good. But I can't find much in there for Office. Only 1 or 2 and those aren't so good.
I am interested for Office, also, I would like some icons to change the color of the Office icons.

I mean for example that I would like to change the word blue icon in black.

I messed my icon man. It looks terrible with that black background. Any way to loose that?

I think you would need some app like Pixadex to get them right… I mean, doing a drag&drop of those png files into Pixadex and then copy&paste the icons over the original ones. Let me know an e-mail address and I will send them to you ready to use with no need of any other app. The file is under 100KB.
