I have a problem with the Entourage.

I use the keyboard alot in the Entourage. I have this problem on a Powerbook G4, Mac OSX 10.4.3. The Office is 2004 edition.
I am not able to control the entourage anymore(with the keyboard I mean, I am still able to control it with the mouse) after the subject of a mail is selected using the mail.
When I am in the body of the mail the keyboard controls are working(like "apple+w" to close it for example).
Also I cannot browse through the mailboxes with the arrows.
I cannot use my keyboard shortcut for new mail and stuff like that.
help

have tried deleting the Entourage Preferences?

Quit Entourage, the go to your Home folder>Library>Preferences - and delete these files..

com.microsoft.Entourage.plist

Microsoft>com.microsoft.Entourage.prefs.plist

Microsoft>Entourage Preferences

Microsoft>Entourage Settings (10)

then restart the Mac and then try Entourage.

Thank you very much. I apreciate it.

When the firm aquired these powerbooks, someone from the provider company came, and to maintain the data and the settings of each of us he just transffered everything(I mean library settings and stuff like that) from our old Mac's to these new ones. The old were Power Stations G4 with OSX 10.3.9. and the new Powerbooks have OSX 10.4.3. The old ones didn't even had the same Office (it was Office X)
I think this is the problem, and actually, I am expecting some new problems to appear.
