I am using yade x to rip DVD's to my computer, but I keep getting an error stating a region mismatch. It is set for region 1. Not sure what the issue is. Anyone have any ideas or other DVD ripping tools.

depends on what you want to do. MTR mentioned above will make a full copy of the disk, everything included. If you want a small <1GB file of just the movie, then use handbrake.
