I'm looking for an easy way to edit firewall rules... is brickhouse simply that?

Yeah, I'm pretty sure it's just a graphical front-end to ipfw. However, recent comments on VT suggest the software is not in active development and may be slightly incompatible with Tiger.

Yes, Brickhouse is a front end to create, edit and delete rules for ipfw. It's a pretty good one: I used to use it to set up the basic rules. Any real fine tuning I could do by hand in the Terminal.
