iPhoto crashes when I want to burn an album

	iBook G4, iPhoto-album with (sic!) 666 pictures. I want to burn it, choose BURN from the menu, it starts the process, shows me the CD preview (the circle is about 90% full, being a bit yellowish at the end). Then it tells me to insert any medium which I do (CD-R). iPhoto recognizes the medium (or OS X does, in fact) — and then simply dies on me. Every time. It was possible to burn albums with like 300 or 400 pics. Any help? Maybe it's not possible to burn a beast's number on X-Mas?
