I am new to ipod, I entered itunes on two different computers Laptop & desktop) both windows XP. I have seperate songlists & have figured out the manual update part. problem is CD & song tittles do not appear when I insert a CD into the laptop, works fine on the desktop, am I missing something in the preferences? I've been looking. Seems odd that one works & one doesn't. Thanks for help.

Does the laptop have an Internet connection? Because the song titles have to be downloaded over the Internet.
