So I added a movie I ripped into iTunes. The movie is there fine, but I went to update the artwork and iTunes crashed on me. I had to force quit it. Now when I got the info for the movie, the artwork tab is grayed out. I can't get to it at all. Is there a way to reset the info for a file in iTunes so I can try adding the image again?

I've never tried adding artwork, but if you want to change the icon shown in the iTunes icon preview thing, do this:
1. Start playing a movie in a separate window.
2. Stop the movie on whatever frame you want to be the icon.
3. Control-click on the movie window and choose "set poster frame."

The poster frame is also what's shown in the "album art" image well in the main iTunes window while you're playing a video in a separate window.
