For some reason, Safari will not cache more than two days (well really more than a day and a half) of history. Anyone know whats going on or if there's an option I missed somewhere?

Same here - has been for many months (prior to Tiger). Safari displays at maximum 2 days history, when I quit and relaunch usually only half a day's history is displayed.
