I'm looking for the best webcast streaming app that can stream any audio received either on the line-in port or via USB line-in (using Griffin iMic 2). I would like the stream to be high quality and be able to be played in iTunes. What is the best format to stream? MP3?

I've heard good things about Nicecast. Never used it myself, but that's because I have an untraceable IP, so it wouldn't work anyway.
