"Could not complete your request because of a program error."
This is the message I get when I try to open a file (psd jpg etc) in Photoshop CS. Same thing when I want to start a new document.
But if I restart and open it right away it works great, its usually not a big deal restarting cause it only takes a couple minutes, but it gets frustrating. And I really like my uptime stat compared to my windows friends who restart every day.

EDIT: This would help cause sometimes I just want to draw somthing like in Paint on the windows machine and there seems to be no equal app on the mac, but looking I saw that apple works has a simple image editing but its not on here for some reason...
