Hi. I have a bit of a dilema. I started Word, and looked through the project gallery, and then Word froze on me. I presses command+alt+esc (Force Quit) and force quitted it. The little arrow in the dock is still under word. When I click on word in the dock, nothing happens. I need to write an essay for school, so I need word right now. I restarted the computer, but it said something about having to force quit word, and that I might lose data. I said "OK," and it did nothng.

I recently installed an extra GB of RAM. I think it's installed correctly, because when I go to "About This Mac," it shows that the extra GB of RAM is installed.

I need to get word running pretty soon, so the fastest help available would be appreciated.

Thanks.
