Anyone else have trouble where you go to reply to an email message or forward an email message and it doesn't grab all of the content from the original to put in the reply/forward?

It's on/off. Sometimes it only grabs a few words and other times it will act correctly and grab the entire message like it should. Anyone have any tips on this?
