Hi.

I've just purchased a new Powerbook. It came with the older 2005 applications. I bought it from a shop (not Apple), and so it obviously wasn't updated since its purchase from the Apple factory.

I was just wondering whether or not I could obtain a free upgrade to iLife '06 (considering I purchased my computer this week) by presenting my receipt of purchase to Apple?

Which one did you purchase, a G4 Powerbook or the new Macbook Pro?
