Ok, I found information on the Apple site. It seems that publishing to a folder implies that the Web information will be transfered to the webserver. I was trying to publish directly to a folder on my Webserver.

I've been reading some of the iWeb comments --- ugly code, nice pages, limited templates.
I'm happy with iWeb and am opptimisted that Apple will improve the product over the next few cycles, like iPhoto.
Looking for publishing help, when iWeb publishes to a folder, all of the sites get pushed to that folder. Is this expected behavior or perhaps an error. I want to keep several individual sites that might not reside in the same server.
For Example:
Site 1
-> Site 1 Pages
Site 2
-> Site 2 Pages
I want to publish Site 2 to a folder, but both Site 1 and Site 2 get pushed to the same folder.
