I am recording a 60 min mix from my turntables to my PB with Garageband 05. Once the mix is complete is there a way to track mark the final session? Obviously the hope is to export to cd with track numbers.

Possible??

You could put breaks in between tracks, cut and paste them into new files, and export them all to itunes to be converted to a useable format. To break a section, I believe the command is apple T.
