In the last week or two I've been getting the following odd dialog box:

DATABASE RESET ALERT

Inconsistences in your sync information for Calendars were detected and have been repaired.

The next sync for iCal and [my bluetooth phone] may take longer than usual.

This happens about once a day now following a change to iCal. I can't find any reference to it either w/google or via a forum search here.

Any one know what might be causing this and how to stop it from happening?

Same here, except the error message is popping up every 10-15 seconds as I work in iCal. If I stop making changes in iCal, it stops popping up.

Needless to say, this is REALLY annoying...

Notable events after which it began:

1) publishing some calendars to the web
2) adding an iPod to my machine (just got it)
3) opening and closing iSync

Specs:

G5 dual 2.0 PPC
OS X 10.4.8
iCal 2.0.4

Any thoughts?

Anyone solved this issue? I got into this trouble by uninstalling MarkSpace Missing Sync software.
