What is the best backup/synchronization utility for backing up to external firewire HD?
MacBook Pro 2.4GHz C2D
320GB HDD
4GB RAM
256MB VRAM

I like Carbon Copy Cloner the best. I just used it a few days ago when reformatting, and it is great. Never had any problems with it and it is free too.

Not free like CCC but SuperDuper! 2.0 is really good.
