Is it possible to update a podcasting image?

I've searched the discussion boards at Apple but haven't found an answer. Does anyone know how to update the image associated with a published (iTunes Music Store) podcast? I've updated and republished the XML file, but the old photo continues to show up for some reason. Anybody have any answers?
