DiskWarrior won't rebuild OS X partition?

I'm booting off of the latest 3.0.3 CD of Diskwarrior on a 1.5 year old powerbook [aluminum] .... the CD boots up, but when I click on rebuild, it won't let me.

Never encountered this before.

Any ideas?

not sure what else to do, OS X isn't booting up, showing the system folder + question mark ...

You may have a physically malfunctioning hard drive. Even DiskWarrior can't do anything about that. Do Manual Diagnostics indicate a S.M.A.R.T. failure?
