I'm searching for a simple, but effective calendar solution for a photo studio. We need to be able to keep seperate calendars such as in iCal that indicate any overlapping. Generally we are scheduling two photographers and the studio. Photographers can be booked outside of the studio (ie. on location) or with the studio. The studio can also be booked by itself. This in itself shouldn't be so hard with iCal, but there is one feature where it falls short. This has to be editable by 3-4 people at different computers. At the same time they have to be able to have the most up to date schedules at each of their computers.
Anyone using something similar? At this point a calendar is the only thing needed, but ideally I'd like them all also to be able to have a personal calendar (not seen by others) and personal as well as shared to-do lists or such.
