We have an open beta going on now regarding Concepts Unlimited. It is a precise curve, surface, solid modeler with photorendering, animation, proe & catia import, dwg, and automatic generation of 2D drawings from 3D models. You are welcome to download and test a fully functional version.
Note: This requires OSX 10.4 to run.

PowerCADD, ArchiCAD, and Vector Works are some popular options for OS X.
None of the "usual" CAD apps from other platforms (AutoCAD, CATIA, SolidWorks, I-deas, Pro/E, etc) are available for OS X.

VectorWorks seems to be fairly popular with architects, I've heard.

Thank you all four your help. I use Windows at school and we are currently using FloorPlan 3d, which isn't available for Mac. Is there an alternate app or will some of these ones posted be able to read the file?
