Not sure if you remember me but before I posted about me having problems with my mac startin up after the login. It stayed on the blue screen bla bla yeah. SO i re-installed an everythin but I had a program on it to make banners and avitars before but I dont remember what it was uggghhh. My alias name is "Frieza" if you've heard of me but **** I made this banner <a href="http://imageshack.us"><img src="http://img361.imageshack.us/img361/7267/tightpurple0ff3yz.jpg" border="0" width="377" alt="Image Hosted by ImageShack.us" /></a> and now I wanna make a new one but dont know THE or A program to make them so if anyone knows plz let me know thank youuuu PLZ HELLLLP

That image was created last year on Nov 11th at 2:21 in the afternoon using Adobe Photoshop Elements 2.0

Why not try Gimp.app?

oh yeah and how are you so sure i used that because **** I dont ****in know. I made it though...but I let my friend use the comp an it was on it. Umm Nov 11>?? Not sure how u'd know the date and all but I guess it was around that time...yeah. ... What is "Gimp.app" and where do i get "Gimp.app" and "Adobe Photoshop Elements2.0"??

why don't you click on the link? which would take you to the gimp homepage. also try to relax a little and maybe people will be more inclined to converse with you.
