It seems Word X won't find the underscore character which looks like this: "_" I checked the help but there's no special character for that. Cut/Paste and it still won't find it.

Is this a known bug? Or is there a sequence I should put in to make it work?

FWIW, Word 2004 finds the underscore without issue on my machine and I don't recall having that problem with Word X.

As a guess, perhaps it will help to clean your font cache with either OnyX, Cocktail, or similar utility.
