I just upgraded and now my "Your Stuff" pane is missing. The entire window is for the external "Their Stuff" files. When I select View > Focus on Your Stuff, nothing happens. There is also nothing I can see to drag. So now I essentially can't upload anything, and the software is useless for my purposes. I did download a file and it went to my proper/default location on my hard drive, but I can't see or browse it at all in the program! I've e-mailed Transmit support. What the hell happened?

See the little dot in the middle of the left side of the window? Drag it to the right.

Wow, I'm an idiot. Honestly, it was weird it all got stretched and out of place after upgrading and I was looking for the dot on the right and just overlooked it on the left. /blush

Don't know about Intel Macs, but Transmit caused some kind of conflict with iView Media and every time I tried to launch iView it would crash. I finally trashed everything related to Transmit and things returned to normal. I'm on a PowerBook G4, running 10.4.4.

Transmit 3.5 adds Growl Support -
Has anyone got the "Download Finished" notification to appear yet? I have only received the upload finished notification. I'm wondering if it's just me or is this a problem with Transmit.

It does? That's extremely cool.

Growl support is cool, and the notifications work properly for me.
However, Transmit 3.5 has been messing up the permissions on my cgi script files. What's worse, it can't re-write the permissions when specifically requested.
Also changing the default behaviour for external editors is extremely annoying. I just want everything to open in BBEdit like I had before. Unless I'm missing something (likely), I now have to specify every filetype to open in BBEdit by hand.
I'm reverting to 3.2.1 for now.

Well of course I was missing something simple. One just has to change the default editor for (none) from TextEdit. Duh!
I'm still having problems with Transmit setting permissions incorrectly though.
