While at work I have my powerbook connected to an outside firewall wireless connection and a networked ethernet connection at the same time. This works great as applications seem to look at the airport first, then the ethernet.

However, in Mail I have an internal IMAP account. It fails to connect I assume because it's trying the airport, but never tries the ethernet. If I turn airport off then it will see the ethernet and work.

Are there any hidden options to have Mail try using airport and ethernet?
