Have a look. I haven't changed anything, other than to try and fix it...but what the heck!!
Any ideas as to what has happened? Before I get flamed, let me add that I have been googling and search this forum as well, to no avail.
It only appears to do it here (that's a picture of the bottom of this page), and another vBulletin powered forum. All other pages I've tried work fine, and they work fine on the wife's Pb. I'm on a 12" ibook.
Then something in MacNN's style sheet (and the other forum) must be overriding the styling of some element in the Google ads -- maybe margins or padding. I wouldn't worry about it.
Problem solved! I found some help at http://www.ehmac.ca/ and it envolved downloading Safari enhancer and enabling the debug menu, and applying ATSU to text.
