I have been reading various threads on the apps in iLife 06. Generally, there are more than a few people who are upset with iMovie6. I primarily would need iMove06, iDVD06 and iWeb. I have a .Mac account and would try to redo my website with iWeb.

So, considering the problems I may have with iMovie, is it worth it to upgrade for iWeb?

I think it's worth more. Or at least it's worth the cost if you compare it to iLife '05 which wasn't all that amazing.

If you use GarageBand or iPhoto a lot...iLife '06 is actually really cheap. And if you have a fast computer and a really good video card and you use iMovie a lot, I don't know what you're wairting for.

It is debatable. All apps are more polished and iWeb is neat although at its infancy and only marginally useful.

If you don't have anything better to do with your money, then sure go for iLefe '06.

I skipped iLife 05 and I will probably skip iLife 06 as well.
