I downloaded a few video podcasts to check them out. These, being my first videos, weren't meant to be permanent; just for the experience of watching a movie on the iPod. Anyways, I deleted them off my library, yet the movies stay on "Matt's iPod" in iTunes; and therefore in my iPod.

I'm not computer illiterate, and a tried a few of the seemingly logical ways to get rid of the videos. Nothing works. Please help me.

Select the item in iTunes and press the delete key.

What? They still haven't "fixed" this problem that you could not delete things on the iPod without synching?
