Safari crashing on Print

My parents called me with the following tech support question. When my father tries to print from Safari in his user account it immediately crashes on any site. If my mother switches to her account, she can print the same pages just fine. I had my dad delete the Safari prefs file, but it didn't help. Any ideas?

Delete Safari's cache?

Do both accounts have the same printer setup the same way?
