They offer iView Media and Media Pro. Media costs $50. It does a great job of cataloging, similar to iPhoto, but does not have any editing capabilities.
It's not as nice or flexible or capable as iPhoto, but it is very reliable, fast, and does not take up a huge amount of disk.
I have iViewMedia Pro and it does have editing capabilities (don't know about the non-pro version). I've stopped using it, because it continued to spit out dead links to images that do exist right where they are supposed to. It was fast, but not reliable in certain ways.
I don't suffer from insanity, I enjoy every minute of it.
