After a lot of experimenting, I managed to get a copy of Azureus working on the Intel Macs. [LINK OBSOLETE].

There is now an official version for Mactels, so the link in the first post is going down. (You would be surprised at how many people download it to this day.)

I've been using this version for a while and all has been fine. However, since the 10.4.6 update I've noticed after quitting an azureus program still runs (for ever too!)

Does anyone know why this is and how I can fix it?

I downloaded the altered version of Azureus the one designed to work for Intel Macs (Azureus 2.4.0.2. universal), however i can't get my torrent files to start seeding. When i double click on the torrent file (on the desktop) Azureus opens but the file doesn't appear and nothing happens.

Lol can anyone help me?

Which of these programs allows you to select the files you want? I know Transmission doesn't because i am currently using it.
