How do I print a PDF document with mixed portrait and landscape pages?

Currently, all the printed pages are either landscape or portrait. Consequently, when a wide table is printed in portrait mode the table is either scaled and too small to read, or both sides of the table are cropped off.

Can the print switch between landscape and portrait in a single document?
