I have my Apple Mail set up to move stuff to certain folders when they come in, but it doesn't notify me with that little red notification thing in the dock when there's new mail if it gets moved to one of my folders by an action, is there anyway to make it notify me?

i noticed the same thing, you only get the red count when new email is in the Inbox, not when its filtered to another folder. I believe there is shareware out there that can work around this shortcoming, but they involved extra dock/menu icons so I myself haven't used them. If I come across any of those shareware names, I'll re-reply.
