Good InDesign 2 book

	Hey everyone, my mum needs to dig into digital layouting and there is a copy of InDesign 2 lying around here, so we thought we'd go with that. So, now I'm looking for a good book to get into InDesign 2. Are there any? If so, why do you think the book you recommend is good and what don't you like about it? And the price for each book would be good to know as well Thanks in advance! Steve P.S. Is an upgrade to InDesign CS or CS 2 worth it?
