What audio app? Which version of OS X?

What makes you think that iSync has even the slightest bit to do with your problem?

Googling the error suggests that it could happen if you have a bad AudioUnit uninstalled in one of the Application Support folders, or something that comes with Reason called ReWire. Do you have anything like either of those installed? (Unfortunately, all the answers I found link to a defunct thread on Apple's site and say it has the full answer, so I'm a little sketchy on the details.)

You might try removing some ReWire plugins, then. One case I found said it was a conflict between Storm 2 and Storm 3, so he removed the Storm 3 ReWire and it started working again. Not entirely sure what that means, since I don't work with Reason, but hopefully that helps some.
