I don't have a ton of data on my G4 iBook (Tiger). But I would like to have a hassle-free way to backup my data. I have a CD burner, but no DVD burner. I also have a small USB2.0 external drive currently attached to my desktop PC.

What are the simplest ways for me to backup my data? Best free tools? I'd like to avoid this being a headache, otherwise I know I won't do it regularly. ;-)

My external dvd burner and firewire hard disk are LaCie, but I dislike SilverKeeper, I much preffer SuperDuper!
