AOL 10.3.7 and 10.4.5: No go!

All I get is a spinning BB when I try to connect using AOL 10.3.7 via TCP/IP. I'm on OS 10.4.5. When i try to connect it hangs and I need to force quit. I've already tried a reinstall of AOL. No issue with my cable BB. Any suggestions?
