If I click out of a folder and then back into another folder to view an email that has already been downloaded and I view a while ago I get this message....

The message from "sender's name and email address is displayed here" concerning “text from subject line is displayed here” has not been downloaded from the server. You need to take this account online in order to download it.

Any ideas on what that might be about? If you quit mail and restart it you can view the message. This a problem a friend is having with his mac. It seems crazy to quit and restart a few times a day. This mac is a Dual 867 MHz PowerPC G4 with 1 MB L3 cache per processor is running OS 10.3.9 with 1.25 GB of DDR SDRAM. It also needs the cable modem restarted after you wake it up. Realy need help, any input would be great.
Thanks
Dean
